Caregivers
Caregiving
responsibilities can seem overwhelming. We want to honor and respect those
for whom we are caring; however, there are so many other responsibilities.
Juggling family, job, church, and caregiving is so emotionally,
spiritually, and physically draining.
Self Help for the
Caregiver.
Informal care giving is a challenging, yet rewarding experience.
Understanding how to balance responsibilities by taking care of your needs
and involving others helps manage the natural stress and isolation of
being a caregiver. Here we will encourage self care, provide emotional
support to caregivers in a safe and nonjudgmental environment and offer
access to available resources.
